I know this has been mentioned before on another thread, I must say this stabilizer combined with the Foundry's 3D tracker, and Roto brush is like having a baby Flame compositing suite

Promising. Deshaker continues to be the best stabilizer around (though Mercalli 2 is close and better in some situations), but Warp Stabilizer could outgun it. Wonder what other enhancements Adobe will bring to the table come NAB time.

Cool tech like a lot of what Adobe is working on right now.

Now if only they weren't so #)@#$ stupid in their UI decisions so that I wouldn't feel like finding someone to kick me in the balls every hour to diminish the pain of using After Effects.

Looks cool but not sure exactly what the "warp" part of the feature is. Is it doing something to the pixels in order to achieve the effect?

Yes, that is the meaning of warping. It warps just a portion of an image without affecting the rest.

At last ! I've seen this thing on a Sigggraph video from '07 if I remember correctly. I was wondering ever since who could have bought the technology. CS is nicer and nicer every day.

In re: AE, I feel your pain.
One camera is a shoot... two or more is a production.

What do you mean "who could have bought the technology"? This is not new nor it is an exclusive technology to Adobe. This exact same type of stabilizer had been available on Nucoda's FilmMaster for at least two years, possibly longer. Bringing this type of technology down to the consumer price level is a different story. And we all know who was first with the Rolling Shutter correction plugin.
