How about 2K 16:9 and 3K 16:9? Any news on what the Max fps will be on those?

For ACs who bitch about Red's "complexity" (their word, not mine) would be great if we had contextual tips on the Redmote like "to further increase FPS decrease data rate" and so on, this could appear if/when relevant to what is being adjusted.

I thought EPIC worked so that you selected the FPS and datarate and if it was too high you got a recommendation for the highest possible datarate with the current selected FPS? If so, wouldn't contextual tips be kinda redundant?

Currently it only prompts you the moment you press record, not on the redmote, but on the LCD and viewfinder. You have to press "ok" to select a higher compression ratio, and then the camera starts recording.

or you just hit the record button again...no need to hit "ok"
