I think so. If you select the REDCODE codec for the sequence settings you might do it without unlimted RT, however, you won't be able to render during that time.

(Oh... those kids always asking for more... Just out of curiosity though :)
@ NAB a RedAlert/RedCine-like pluging for FCP was mentioned.
Is it still in the works?
