Can't wait for you to come to Egypt. I know you're working on the 3D movie but I wonder if we can maybe organize a workshop too. I only have 3 cameras, (Epic, Scarlet, and Red one M) but i'll be totally willing to let you use them in a workshop where young DOPs can get some hands on experience.

The work shop was great and so were the people and Brazil!!As the year is now scheduling up fast and next year even busier, I will look in ways to organize myself so to still always been able to do this all over the world...I smell a new thread coming... ;)Oh, working on the BTS videos, they are great as they bring info to those that were not there, the new company site should be up soon, the old one is back up again, but just temporarily, the new Server is a MONSTER so there is on way that we will experience a Crash for overload EVER AGAIN!!

Mohamed, it wil be pleasure to do a RED EPIC WORK SHOP in Egypt, you have my email so lets talk, also as far as the current 3D movie in the works there, it might give your new company the possibility of participation, and yes, don't worry, as you said, I am about the story as much as I am about making it 3D entertaining for content and visuals, and not just the effect.. ;)For the Egypt work shop we would have to schedule it a bit on the fast side, as I have a trip to New Zealand that might keep me a while there, while I also have two more in Asia, so yeah, lets talk.

Sorry guys that I was not able to get the footage ready for the 4K competition unfortunately, toto much traveling , and too much work, and also sorry, am sorry that I will not be able to make it to NAB this year, was really looking forward to it... but work is kipping me here in Rome...
