Insuring Red in Berlin

Hi guys, more Berlin questions that you might be able to help me with.

I'll be moving to Berlin from Ireland for about six months from this August, and I'm hoping to bring my Red with me. So at the moment I'm trying to work out insurance while I'm over there. Can anyone recommend an insurance company over there?

I will be subletting an apartment and I probably wont have a German bank account, so I'm wondering if a company would insure it without these.

Any tips/advice at all would be helpful,

usually your insurance should cover all europe...i mean you can make an insurance in ireland and just move here.

Great, thanks for that guys. There seems to be a good consensus!

Cüneyt, I will look into my own insurance - currently it only covers Ireland, but if it's possible to insure Europe-wide that would be a lot easier than trying to insure over there.

I can confirm caninenberg & schouten. They have special production packages which cover a lot of film production specifics and prices are reasonable.
