    Thats a great trick! Makes total sense. Is there a way to tell what the shutter angle/time is on the X track vs whatever the A track is set to? is it based on the # of stops chosen AND the A track setting?

    Is it possible to just extract one stream and not the other, I've only seen talk of combining the two tracks.

    Yeah, you can totally isolate one track or the other in RCX... then pull stills from that track.
