Hmmm Definitely a strange problem.
I'm just taking a stab in the dark at the moment, but if it were me, I would try updating graphics card drivers, and also reinstalling the Epic Importer (though this may require reinstalling all of premiere depending on how you installed the importer)
How does the system go with standard R3D files from a RedOne?
i reinstalled the epic importer and it still has this problem . will try updating the graphics drivers , if there's any to be updated.
I don't have any standard red one files to test.
lol , now it's working . could be a conflict with another program.
I've seen a flash of that gobblygook when CMD+TABbing back into PP with regular R1 R3D files. I think it sometimes needs a second to draw it up but if its stuck... a simple restart of PP might be the way to go.
