They have gone out of their way to explain the red ui and provide entry level film makers with 5k footage so we can get our hands on it, download and have a turn at color correcting, which is cool. While I anticipate this room is full of industry proffesionals who may not be aware of Film Riot, they are a couple of US brothers who have a large international audience catering to aspiring film makers, teaching film & fx principles and techniques.
In relation to Film Riot's episode, I have posted my latest production which is a 2011 collaboration of the 80s group Men At Work. I am aware my work has tones of flaws and isn't tight enough, but I am happy with my progress so far after 9 months in the game and being self taught in all areas (shooting, lights, editing, cc blah blah blah). Would love pro feed back, please look past the music, may not be your cup of tea.
