    Thanks Mitch...

I'd definitely like to check out the HDx2. I would have at NAB, but I just ran out of time to see everything.

I've always liked Abel Cine...you guys offer some very cool solutions

The HDx2 is now available for rent. You let me know when you'd like to take one on a test drive.

Mitch what is the cost of the HDx2? I assume it will work for epic and scarlet, but seeing as how the mounts remove from those cameras pretty easy, I guess it would just be better to wait for a B4 mount make for the camera.

This is a great solution for the RED ONE though...

The HDx2 is $5500 to purchase, $300/day to rent.

    Bumping this thread, because...

I am seeking a 12-pin Hirose (2/3" B4 lens: Fujinon HA18x7.6BERM-M48) to 4-pin Lemo cable (Epic-MX). My desire is to have Zoom Servo power AND ctrl function for Record Start/Stop (lens VTR). Any info on tracking one down would be appreciated.

do the 2/3in B4 lenses cover the sensor area of the R1 sensor or are there B4 lenses out that are made for bigger sensors? I'd be very interested in investing in this setup for my red for a cheap zoom alternative to play around with.

    ,
B4 without an adapter don't cover Red 1. they cover 2/3" video, with an adapter can be used with S35 cameras.
