    Hey guys,

I was wondering if there's a preset that I can use to get a rec709 look to my R3D files in redcinex? I'm using build 501.

Something similar to Shaw's rec709 lots for the alexa would be great. I have a job where well be shooting and transcoding on set and I'd like to give them a quick color grade (rec709) since they're going to be turning it around so fast.

It'd be awesome if i can import the clips, apply the preset and shoot it out to prores all in a few steps.

    Thanks guys!

You can make one and save it as a preset. That's one way. Another way is to use Recolor and Redgamma or Redgamma2. But making a preset using Redcolor or Redcolor2, RedlogFilm, and a curve correction will probably get you a better result.

    Yeah, that's a forklift tattoo. I wasn't always a cinematographer :)

Hey guys, don't mean to reopen the topic, but I was wondering if anyone has a preset close to the Alexa's Rec 709 look. I have a shoot that we need to match previously shot material, and no time to do a nice grade. Any help would be great.

    Thanks
