Shot a job this week with the x and my set of zeiss cp2's. Damn, I love this camera. It's hard to describe the image difference over the mx but I'd say it's more "creamy" more filmic. I started out using the optimo rouge 16-40 but noticed some falloff on the corners in 5kff so switched to the zeiss cp's which cover that format easily. Stills have a slight curve but no extensive cc yet. Anyway, can't wait for mine to ship and very excited for future jobs.

I love my CP.2 too. An 85mm went missing from one set I can't find a replacement. I do wish they would make a 100mm.

The 50 and the 85mm are definitely my favourites of the set.

Hey Mitch any news on an updated 18? Some other people have posted rumours of a new 15mm and also updated 21 and 25 to match T 2.1.

I've always loved the 85. I have a set of the zeiss zf's as well and the 85/1.4 has always been my go to portrait lens. The top grab is the cp 85.
I really want one of those 100 makros as well.

Don't think we have any sitting in stock. Zeiss is making them in greater quantity than before but we still have a little wait once a client puts in an order. I cannot answer any rumors or any other information that would violate NDA. By the way, just found out today that some of the 100mm have shipped and there's another shipment on the way this week.
