Not sure what to make of this. The old VF thread was closed a short while ago.

Michael, that is correct. I'm not sure why the Inclino thread was locked but regardless we are still cranking away on these things. The driver & receiver boards are the biggest monetary outlay so thankfully the Epic accessories are funding everything thru to completion. In the mean time we want to allow our customers to use their credit on the Inclino/Impero towards anything else that we are currently shipping now. Through the past few months a number of people have opted for this credit option but now we feel comfortable enough to open it up for anyone who wants to do it. This in no way means we are tapering off or stopping work on the inclino/impero and it will not alter your place in line.

We are getting an email blast ready to send out in the next few days to let everyone know.

Gavin, we had a CNC mill down for a week which caused a delay. Your order is shipping tomorrow. With regards to Mick, he had asked for a refund long ago and we were not in a position to make it happen. Times were very tough for us last year and thankfully we have been able to get our company turned around. I have emailed Mick and a we're taking care of the situation. For the follow focus systems, we have refunded a large amount of the original orders through straight payment or through current product replacement in lieu of refunds. We are hiring two engineers to work on the final stages of our follow focus system and look forward to getting an amazing product out to those remaining customers that have been more than patient with the delays.

Curt solved all, I got a quick reply from him the same day and he refunded the money correctly. I wish him all the best, and hopefully a great product in the future.
