RED WorkFlow to FCP and COLOR (using proxies)

I'm new at forum and I don;t know if someone had this workflow, and i don;t find any at forums.
I edit one job with proxies (small one's) and send to Color(they enable RED controls for grade color), at final render i choose 1080p and test 4K, and i had a good result.
Anybody at forum work like this? Sending proxies to color and rendering them? this it should be a good workflow too???

If work fine for you it´s ok, lot of us prefer to work with procesed files (prores ie), but there are dozens ways to finish in color with metadata available.

Here's my method:

R3D> 1/4 Prores LT

Edit on that, then export xml

Run conform on xml in clipfinder, replace with "H" Proxy

Open new xml from clipfinder in FCP, then send to color


It's just a smoother editing process, specially if it's a large project

Great.... I think i'll continue with my workflow at this time and I'll do some more tests, tomorrow i have one 15" film for Tv to edit in the studio while they film.
