I don't know about other RED One and EPIC owners but I sent my camera in for repair last week to the service dept. for a fix and honestly expected it to be weeks and weeks for the camera to return. Rory totally blew me away with his good communications, updates on status of the repair and just got an email earlier today that my camera would be shipped out today, then another email just now with the tracking number.
Wow, not only a great camera company but exceptional service. I've had cameras for years, never experienced such great service and speed. Amazing. Not happening like this anywhere else I would think.
Thank you RED for getting the work done so fast. I'm totally floored and just had to say so. Greatly appreciated...I'm sure I'm not the only one that has experienced RED's exceptional service dept. Standing behind what they sell, means so much.
