I do not know if that already was discussed but is there an app in App Store, which can communicate with Epic as redmote. As far as I understand the communication is over WiFi, so for all who are waiting for the redmotes, the app would save the day. Today I was shooting a lot from a jib and every time I had to press the button manually. Anyone know?

There is video of TED controlling a camera with an ipad, so the iphone should do the trick.
So REDMOTE must work on bluetooth of wifi technology. Pretty simple stuff. It's just a remote control.

A Laptop version will come first.
The protocols are still being put into the camera firmware for that.
