Having issues with my rocket card. AGAIN. Funny how it worked fine yesterday. Nothing today is different, except the Rocket card won't do anything.

Trying to download updated drivers and upgrade to RCX 501 from 487, and on Red.com, once I click to download and then accept the EULA, I get a "page not found," on both the RCX update and the firmware update page. (again, both working fine less than 24 hours ago with no changes to my system whatsoever)

Of course this happens on a Saturday when I can't call RED directly.

    Any help, please!!!!!

Our web team is looking into it. I have had people try around here but downloads fine for us.

    And, reminder, tech support 24/7/365....

This is a weird one. I have had over 15 people in and out of RED try to download, no issues. Web team sees no errors on their end. They are even able to replicate your credentials - again, no issues. We are still looking into it.

I'm accessing the web via WiMax network.

Oh, and I'm in Florida. The vortex of nonsense.

Here's a backup I keep for just such occasions:

Hope this helps if you need firmware/software in a bind!

www.red.com is down for me right now which is why I checked this thread in the first place. Maybe a DNS propagation change in progress?

    Cheers from Tokyo,

    Paul :)
