Looking for info if such an adapter exists and if it doesn't is there someone out there who can make one? I've been trying to figure out how to make the Scarlet work for EVERYTHING I do. I mainly shoot indie stuff (narrative, music, etc) which has the crew and mindset for the 4K image and cinema style of shooting. I also shoot a lot of interview and run and gun type stuff. Mainly on HDX900s but many other ENG type cameras. The Scarlet would look great for this stuff but the run times are a little low (I usually run about 5 hours of shot footage a day) and they wouldn't wait for me to change lenses. Looking through the specs I noticed that 12:1 compression @ 2K would get me 6 hours and 40 minutes of footage for 128gb. Good enough in my book. Next I noticed that the 2K image size is just about 2/3s. I feel like if I got the adapter I would be able to satisfy my run and gun clients who are more interested in getting LOTS of footage and then reconfigure the camera for cinema style when my clients actually cared what the footage looked like. Please poke holes in this idea. It's been rattling around in my head for too long.

Also for technical people, I think I've figure out that the adapter is possible. B4 has a flange depth of 48mm and EOS mount has a depth of 44mm, leaving 4mm to build the adapter in. If someone can poke holes in this please do as well.
