Are there still a lot of people waiting to hear from Red about their Scarlet orders? I placed my first order on Nov 3rd, then wanted to change my order so had to place a new order on Nov 4th. The rep at Red that I talked to on the phone regarding a payment problem with the website said to place it anyway using wire transfer and a Bomb Squad Rep would call me to change the payment type. I received the confirmation email for my order when I placed it but I've yet to hear anything and haven't been assigned a Bomb Squad Rep yet. Should I call them? I don't want to seem impatient calling about my order, but I also don't want it to get cancelled for not doing the wire transfer. Anyone else with similar circumstances?

As posted in a few other threads, if we need to contact you before order processing begins, we will. We are pretty slammed right now and if you need a change to your order, we will contact you as soon as we can.

Ok I'm mostly concerned because it said I had to do the wire transfer within 10 days or my order would be cancelled. That's on Monday. If it won't be cancelled then I'm happy to continue waiting.

No worries. I will be sending out a mass email this upcoming week to people with Scarlet orders with some order fulfillment FAQs answered and next steps info.

Great! I sent you an email already, so you can probably just ignore it I guess. Thanks!

I had the same concern - I picked wire transfer for the deposit, but I had plenty in my Red account to cover it. I just emailed Kris to let someone know, just in case it would be auto-cancelled because I didn't send an actual wire. As long as that's all set, then I'll be patient and not bug y'all. Thanks for your help, Red!

I hope there is no such thing as "autocancel". I made my bank wire from switzerland, europe. My bank confirmed the transfer but i didnt hear anything from RED either. Why should I? I guess if something isnt working these guys contact us instead of just throwin several Grands outta window. So i keep tellin myself: Patience, my young Padawan!
