    As I understood it:
    All shipped cameras could add Armour within the warrantyperiod

    All cameras shipped after Armour was announced would have to order it before shipping...

    At the time there was some uncertainty as to Scarlet, as Scarlet was not yet out the door and the program for Epic M and Scarlet-X was still being tweaked...

    Perfect solution. Thanks for the accommodation. When should Canon mount people contact their bomb squad. Once you call us it's too late and right now is too early. :D I want to help you guys as much as I can but I also don't want to get locked in for being helpful haha.

    Re: Warranties
    Yeah I want clarification on this as well. On November 3 when I ordered it was a "during first year". Honestly I'm planning on waiting to see if Epic/Scarlet is a lemon before deciding. Which is pretty much standard fare for Warranties. Not to mention that's $1500 that could be going into accessories.

    Also how will the Dragon be handled? If I buy a $1500 warranty on my scarlet and then upgrade does the Dragon come with its own warranty? Will I need to rebuy RED Armor for the Dragon? Will it be an Aux warranty rate?

    Another suggestion that I would find helpful in the store would be to post stats for your products.

    So the REDVolts could have a little table with:

    Epic Runtime: ~20min
    Scarlet Runtime: ~23min

    And a 64 GB SSD could have something like:

    5K 24fps 3:1 - 18:1 | 7 min - 42min
    4k 24fps 3:1 - 18:1 | 11min - 69min

    Yes. Removing items from a package does not affect timestamp of rest of package items. New items ordered will be timestamped at time of actual ordering.

    But if I ordered 2 Redvolts, and would like to get 4 pack instead, I'll get the camera with my place in line, but 4 pack would then arrive a lot later, right? So I'd end up having the Scarlet, but no batteries (for a while).

    Brent - hate to be dense here (again) but how should we now go about adding RED Armor to our order - now, or wait to discuss with a Bomb Squad rep? And if we add now (can this even be done*) do we lose our original place in line?

    * - I don't see a item in the store - do we call? Or send an email?
