Brent, will any units make today's delivery truck?
So a few things.
One - As much as my brain is spinning, I (we) like your feedback. We can only get better if we get a clearer understanding of what you need/want.
Two - Just like with any business, we cannot always give you what you want. We cannot provide cameras at the specs we do at the price we do and have overhead that has us losing money with every camera we sell :)
Three - But we can listen and see what we can do to meet you halfway. Today, we went in saying you could not delete items from a package. Now you can.
So let's let the dust settle a little. If I have one job at RED, it is trying to make the customer experience they best it can be. I have a lot of good feedback to take to the team here to see what we can do short-term and long-term.
And FWIW, ask any RED ONE owner. We were WAY more screwed up back then :). We'll continue to listen and continue to improve the process. Within reason, of course.
