    Will do. I didn't know if that would be a bother or not. :D

    I won't lose my spot in line if I add batteries will I? Someone said their rep told them changing lens mount would change your place in line.

    So, Brent - If I want to drop one or two small items off of my Scarlet order, I should email customer service right away rather than wait? And, as has been asked, do I jeopardize my place in the shipping order?

    Items are shipped by order date so if you change order date on an item (ie, cancel one, order another), it enters queue at that new point. If you place a new order for batteries, it will ship as soon as available for that order date.

    I was told that pre-orders, once in, cannot be modified at all without being cancelled, and restarted at the back of the line. Unfortunate for me as well, and many of us I'm sure. Particularly since official information is so scant on Scarlet

    Don't mean to be dense, Brent, but does this or does it not change my place in line. Specifically, if I just want to cancel one of the SSDs or a battery, will that alter the ship date for the rest of the order. Sorry to be a pain but I really don't want to fall to the back opt the line because I misunderstood the process.
