When will my Scarlet Ship?

Scarlets with the PL mount have begun to ship as of November 17.
Scarlets with the Canon mount will begin shipping December 1.
Estimated Order Numbers (on RED.com) are plotted here. SO numbers start around 850. Manufacturing volume is unknown.
Will RED contact me before processing and shipping?
No
If your order is all set when you come up in the delivery queue we will process, and ship.
How much is shipping?
About ($45) - $65 to the west coast for 2nd day air, ($75) for overnight. ($) prices as quoted by my bomb rep. -Gavin
How much is Tax?

Tax is determined by the delivery destination. In the US it will only be collected by RED automatically for residents of California, Washington and Nevada.
Can we remove items from the package?
Yes
"Since [the packages] are the same price as a la carte, you will be able to edit by line item by contacting your rep. If you delete an item, you will not be charged for it since we only charge for what ships. Even though you ordered a package, you will not be charged for what does not ship (ie, deleted) from your package." To remove an item you will need to contact your rep by phone or email.
Can we add items to the package?
No
"Any items you want to add, you need to place a separate order. New items are timestamped when received so adding them to an existing order means nothing when you will get fulfilled. We ship based on timestamp of when item is ordered, not whole order is placed. Plus, by placing a new order online, you get confirmation email, etc and it is less drain on our limited BOMB SQUAD's time manually doing it"
If we remove items will we lose our place in line?
No
"Removing items from a package does not affect timestamp of rest of package items. New items ordered will be timestamped at time of actual ordering."
How will we pay the remaining balance for our Scarlet?

When your order comes up in the delivery queue and you...
...paid the deposit by credit card, we will charge that same card, process, and ship.
...paid the deposit by wire, your money needs to be in your account before it is processed and shipped.
But what if I live in Europe?

If I choose to pay by wire but there is insufficient cash in my account what happens?
"We will notify you that you need to submit payment. Obviously, this creates a delay in order processing...."
