PCI Slots, suggested setup

Hey all,
we recently migrated to a Mac Pro based system (coming from Boxx).
Yesterday I spent the entire evening and night setting up a new Mac Pro 12 cores 2.66GHz using this PCI setup:

(from bottom up)
Slot 1 - Red Rocket
Slot 2 - nVidia quadro 4000
Slot 3 - eSata card
Slot 4 - Aja Kona HD-SDI

Checking the system details I see that slot 1 links the nvidia card with x16 link width and 5.0 GT/s link speed (slot 2).
On the other hand the red rocket card is linked with x8 link width and 2.5 GT/s link speed (slot 1)

I am not sure this is the right setup, any feedback is appreciated!

also... checking the Mac Pro system profile I get this data:

NVIDIA Quadro 4000 - Type: Display controller - Driver Installed: YES
NVIDIA Quadro 4000 - Type: NVDA, Parent - Driver Installed: NO (why?)
