    Hi everyone,

can someone out there point me to the right direction where I can get a Decimator 2 power out to lemo plug to the MX body? I want to use this to downconvert for the steadicam rig. I saw posts about it in the past but this is the past and want to see what is the latest info out there.

    Thanks everyone..

I had my decimator 2 power connector modified to the same connector as Lemo 4 pin on Red One and also PRO2 12V/video connector. If I use my Decimator with my Steadicam (PRO2) it gets power from the sled and sends down the converted video signal to the sled. If I use it with a Red one, it only gets Aux power from the Red One.
If you need a photo of my modification, send me PM or email me at jsteadicam@me.com.

Hey Jay, I'll PM you.. love to see what you did.. im trying to power up the decimator to downconvert for the Steadicam Flyer LE. I want the most minimal amount of weight possible to fly this thing. So basically I just need a cable that connects the decimator to the Red Power in, then power out to the sled to the battery attached.

any one know where to find the cable needed to purchase either made already or to DIY?

I bought the cable over a year ago so I'm not too sure how current the info is. Regardless, it's worth a try. Price? I don't want to misquote so I'm hesitant to take a guess. I do remember it wasn't cheap but his work is of the highest quality.

Hi Guys, I am trying to send Terry an e-mail but it bounces back. Is that the right e-mail address or has he got a new one?

    Cheers

Like I said in my other post, it's been well over a year since I've been in contact with Terry. I found his information online and called him, left a message, then he called me back the next day. That's what I would recommend you do.
