The List - Please maintain

Since RED ain't sayin' nothing about Scarlet-X delivery dates, the community started
to gather its own info and put togheter "The List" It's the Attempt to make a
prediction on our own. Far from scientifical ... but hey: It's the best guess on
where we stand in line and how fast Scarlets get out the Door ;-)

Afaik Color code stand for the following Shipping statuses (what a strange plural ;-):

Red: Cam delivered
Orange: Cam in transit
Green: RED Rep Contacted

I just entered my info. Strange that my # and another from the same day are so different from the rest. I would love it if the list could be arranged by day of order, I didn't' want to erase all the times.

It looks like a long wait for most of us.
My gut hunch is that production will only ramp up in the new year. I'm OK with that though.
Another hunch is that EPIC orders take priority - rightly so since they're paying a lot more.

Someone on the forums mentioned that being a RED owner means to learn patience. I'm definitely feeling it. :)

There are things I want, that are on backorder, and things I want that I simply can't afford.

If you go through the EPIC section of the forums, you'll notice that over a thousand EPICs are already out there in the wild. That's from March 2011 to Dec 2011.
The list of SCARLETs haven't reached a thousand yet and it's only been a month since the ability to purchase it. RED has mentioned the Dec 1st they were getting more out, and that's only been 3 days since they truly starting getting SCARLETs out.

According to the list, there are about 200 SCARLET orders from readers/participants of this forum. Even if your quadruple that number, you still haven't reached what RED has been able to produce for the EPIC guys. I really don't think the wait is as long as people make it out to be, but rather a perception of time because we want it so badly. :)

October was one of the longest months of my life. Then November became longer because I purchased a SCARLET. Visiting the forums every 10 minutes doesn't help the wait either, but I think I'm addicted now. Hahahaha.

I wish that were true about the epics. We have been waiting for years for them. Looks like its not true. The last stage 2 guys seemed to have been put on hold for scarlets.
