I got an email last night. Why does the email say at some point: "We estimate we will have your SCARLET-X w Al Canon Mount / Side SSD camera(s) allocated to you within the next 5-7 business days."?

I this an email prior to the allocation email?

Everything but the Scarlet-X itself and the side handle shipped for me today, I'm SO-1424, so I think things are moving quite rapidly. Seems as if the issue is making enough Canon mounts quick enough as they had offered to send me a Scarlet-X with a PL mount before Christmas instead.....


I'm hoping that all 400 before me are not all Scarlet orders, my order time is like 10:30 P.M.

My first day with my Scarlet-X. SO #1207 at the event, arrived at noon today Serial #567. The camera has far exceeded my already very high expectations. The image quality and detail is just stunning. I am already yearning for that back ordered side handle though. Congrat's to everyone who was allocated recently, you won't be disappointed!

The workflow seems to be quite fast on my custom PC workstation as well, exceeded my expectations in that department as well. No red rocket card and things move along perfectly without a hitch.

I will continue to test and practice with the camera over the course of the next week before integrating it into our productions.

I have a sales order of 51075. I ordered on Nov. 3rd at 8:33 PST, and I have not heard anything from anybody yet. As much as I do not want to speculate on the process, I find this odd.
