Bomb Squad Rep?

Hey folks. First off, let me say that I'm not upset or anything. I'm still patiently waiting for my stuff and will let RED do what they do. I'm just confused about one thing: Bomb Squad. How am I supposed to know who my rep is? A friend of mine told me that I was supposed to get an email with some information regarding this shortly after ordering, but I ordered on 11/3 and 11/7 and since then I haven't gotten anything besides two order confirmations. Could someone maybe clear this up for me? Thanks.

As Andrew mention RED will get in contact with you, this happens when your order is ready for processing a Rep will introduce her or himself. If you do need immediate assistants you can send a general email on our contact page or drop me an email michaelk-at-red-dot-com.

Our office is observing the holiday and will be open on Tuesday the 27th.

Didn't check the thread for a few days.
This is cool, though. I was just worried that I was supposed to get it around the time I ordered. This is my first time buying anything from RED, so I'm not familiar with the entire process just yet.
