    Hello all

I am having some problem with the DSMC Side Handle. The small display screen it is turning off very often. I can still control The camera but i cannot read anything in the display. If i restart the camera most of times it is coming back, but some times i need to make 2 restarts to bring them back. Anyone have this problem? I am running on build 2.0.5, maybe it is a firmware issue or Hardware problem?

If someone experienced the same thing please let me know.

    Thank you

    Maybe this helps.... Merry Christmas

I hope this issue is resolved soon, for us international customers, it is very scary to think we would have issues like this, it would take weeks and a lot of trouble to send back the side handle which powers the camera

What issue? One guy reports an isolated problem and its now an international crisis?

Just an FYI- I have 5 side handles and have never experienced an issue. Don't make this something its not.

Actually two: Antonio Forjaz on that same thread : "I had a problem with that exact piece.". I'm happy to hear you have not had a problem, seems it is an isolated issue then.

    Hello

Before i decide to send in the Side handle and the camera for inspections i would like someone to give some help if they can.

Is it possible for some of you that have the Side Handle to do a test?

My DSMC Side handle, randomly it is not showing information in the small display. The display looks like dead, although I can control the camera from it.

I discovered that this thing is happening only when the camera is being operated from the DC IN, either with a Red Brick or DC input and with no Redvolt inside the Side Handle.

Normally a fresh restart is always ok. But if during DC operation with warm camera I restart i would lose the display of the side handle. This is happening only if there is no Redvolt inside the side handle.

Can someone please test this if they will have the same issue?

Are all of you operating the camera with Redvolt inside the side handle even when using DC in?

    Thank You
