    John T. your story is seriously heart breaking. As is everyone's on here. $40k! Oh my gosh! Do you live in CA? Why can't you just go around to this crooks joint and get the dough? Can the fraud squad do anything? I don't know what sort of consumer protection exists in the US...

    Folks--running off into the sun would be nice, but this isn't the way to do it. I'm working towards getting everything to everyone. February and March are always the hardest times of the year--no one buys anything because NAB is around the corner.

    Overwhelmed, yes. Bad business decisions, yes. There are some things you simply cannot forecast--some of my competitors are in the same boat. And Tim was right when he mentioned things being lost--or about to lose--that you don't even know about.

    Regardless, I see what everyone writes here and I understand the anger and frustration. This forum compounds the situation 1000x fold and the comments posted are beyond my control, but I understand the posts nonetheless. I can only say that I am working to get everything back. If I haven't responded individually to you, please be patient and I will get you an update.

    This isn't my fight so I have refrained from commenting, but what I am reading is terribly disturbing. Any failure to communicate with customers who have tendered deposits is inexcusable, and appears suspect. Consistently and promptly responding to all client queries goes a long way to ease their anxiety and absolutely needs to be a top priority. I hope you rectify things more quickly going forward folks.

    No one buys in February & March?! Torrey, you have had 2 years to process a refund or send me the gear. Since you still won't respond to emails/sms/phone/personal visit to your premises what choice does somewhere who lives in another continent have?
