Deanan has decided to leave RED. Deanan has been a key part of RED's program. But everything in life changes.... including delivery dates and Deanan's future.

We love Deanan. I have only the best thoughts and memories about Deanan. It is hard to see him go.

I can only hope that Deanan finds a place that makes him happy. I give my best reference. Truly.

Deanan is smart as hell. Deanan was a key player at RED. It will take several people to replace him.

Internally it will be a blow that we will recover from. Barely.

In the end, I wish only the best for Deanan. His contribution to RED is immeasurable.

Everything in life changes. Respect doesn't. My fullest respect to Deanan.

Sad news, but I'm sure he'll make an impact whatever he does next. Been a pleasure bugging him, if you know what I mean ;)

Deanan is a great guy. That doesn't change. Everyone at RED feels the same.

I wondered if this day may come, as people do move on. Well, this is a huge blow to me personally. Deanan has been incredibly helpful to me over the years. Many times he has responded to me on weekends, late hours, whatever the case may be. He's smart, very smart. He was always interested in figuring out what the issue might be and how to solve it. Sometimes it was operator error, and he never complained. I think he will be a tough guy to replace. I think RED will need some time to find someone, or perhaps a few someones as Jim said to fill his shoes.

All I can say is THANK YOU Deanan for helping me out over the years and never complaining. You have my respect. Good luck with everything moving forward.
