You're so lucky! I was at the event too and would love to get the side handle. I got an email for the side handle a while ago, but it was for a second Scarlet and not a handle. :(

Oddly enough, I got my notice today :) Side handle on the way. Ordered at the November 3rd event.

I got my beautiful redmote it is great and works perfectly. Sometimes guys in the forum make us feel uneasy with many complains about items that are received with somekind of problem.

Has anyone received the Modular Assault Plate Pack yet?

Not yet. I ordered mine on 8/6. Still playing with a fully functional Epic X (which I LOVE) while I wait. But that plate sure would come in handy with the dovetail QR for my tripod and bolt on for my Gunner! Any further updates on the Assault Plate?

What is the difference between the Modular Assault Plate and the regular old Mounting Plate? Is it just the ability to hook up the 15mm adaptor?

Got my Epic M yesterday. I have an expensive brick. :-( No LCD, side handle, or redmote. Hope the backorder status update is still applicable. That would mean they should ship soon. :-) Excited to start shooting. Already love being a part of the RED family.
