Remember the there are a ton of people with automatic rights to the adapter module and the Quad battery module so you don't need to go too crazy. The modules will hit the store in a couple hours but will enter backorder status immediately.

It'll be a dragon night also haha...nothing is ever in the morning at RED it seems haha..

I'm assuming these people are those who have ordered Stage-2 and 3 X's who get these as part of their package correct?

heh heh i promise the Nikon mount will be this year. It was one of the things that needed to take a back seat to get everything else out of backorder by our March backorder deadline. Expect it shortly after then.

I'v always been reassured by the post you once made saying that you had a D3X sitting on your desk. I figure that's reason enough to keep the faith on the Nikon mount.

Same here! Would love an update on the Leica M mount at some point as well. Found a shop locally that has a ton of used lenses for cheaper than most on Ebay!

I would expect further delays on Redmotes. I got an email 9 days ago that my Redmote was ready to ship. As of today it still hadn't shipped. My bomb squad rep informed me that there was a component shortage so now I am back to backorder status. Seems like the goal for Feb 3 out of backorder for Redmote will be pushed back. Can anyone from Red chime in and give more details on this recent issue?
