Backorder Update January 13

Is there any chance the next Friday update could be formatted a little differently? I think many would like to know not just when an order placed today for an item would ship, but also that currently the shipping of that item is at orders placed on date X, e.g. thus:

With all respect to Toia (and I like the guy), that's just the same thing as the proxy module that was announced almost 2 years ago, but with Prores instead of h.264 (which has been a request since day one) and no wireless capability (which is a huge benefit of the proxy module). The demand for Prores is and has always been clear... it just goes against the "RAW" philosophy of RED, and as such, they're clearly resisting even making it available as an option.

I've always felt like Red thinks they have a better solution in the works, and maybe that's why they've not rushed something out that they will make obsolete in the near future. Nothing concrete, but that's just the vibe I've always gotten by reading between the lines.
