And of all the buttons that could have failed, I'm pretty sure the ENTER button is the most important one.

My ENTER button stopped working on the 2nd use of the REDMOTE. I used it once when I first got it to test it out, it was awesome. Then I put it away, pulled it back out the next day and right away I felt the same symptoms that everybody is experiencing-- physically can't depress the button.

I sent in my RedMote last week and got it back yesterday...works great now!

Same problem here, we got our Redmote 2 weeks ago, was working fine while I was testing it. It was used twice after which the Enter button was stuck, waiting for RMA from Red.

I just got our second Redmote today and it has the same problem, Enter button is not working.

mine was working fine for the first few times using it, now it's doing this exact thing. i've even had it working for a few shoots, even though I've not really used it.

Send it back to Red so they repair the "Enter" button. When our second Redmote arrived, the first thing I checked was the Enter button and true enough, it was not working.:)
