Hey buddy,

I had the same issue a while back and it just means their firewall can be a bit agressive, but give them a call or use a different email address. When I called, I managed to speak promptly to my rep. I usually find that if I send an email from my iphone, it bounces back.

Anyway good luck with it.

Ryota, is the signature image of your rep included in the email? If so, try deleting that and resending. If that does not work, PM me so I can forward to our IT team.
