RED Mags not mounting on Scarlet

We just got our Scarlet and it is having issues mounting RED mags. I have been trying to get cards to mount for the last few hours. Is there anything I should try besides just restarting camera?

try reflashing the firmware on the camera.

I don't believe so....

Check to make sure at least that the SSD module is secured on tightly.. I highly doubt that it wouldn't be but you never know.
