RED STATION not showing up when SSD 1.8" is inserted. Help!

Help!

Brand new REDMAG 1.8" RED STATION is not showing the card when inserted. I have verified the footage is intact by playing it back when inserted in the camera. I have tried multiple computers and connections. I bought the RED STATION yesterday and is the first time using it?????

Any help would be appreciated as the deliverable for this footage is time sensitive.

Update. My other empty REDMAG 64gb shows up, but still not the one with footage ahhh!

Try inserting the card with the reader switched off (tiny switch on the back panel) and connected to the computer, then turn the switch on. I've found this often brings up a reluctant card.

Also re-start your computer.. And WAIT, it could take some time for it to come up.. If that doesn't work try another cable (change from FireWire to esata or usb2)

Dont use Firewire 800 and power cable at the same time.
