I just got my Canon mount and I put this lens on it. I can't control the iris, it works with all my other canon glass just not this one? Anyone else have this problem. I also was wondering if someone has a solution where to put the Iris up and Iris down buttons that help when you want to change iris quickly!

    Cheers,

    Adam

They haven't programmed it into the camera firmware yet. Until they do, it's not compatible. I returned mine until it gets profiled by red.

No i don't think so! 8-15 is not usable till a firmware update.

How is the vignetting on the Epic with this lens? Usable at 8mm?

I have zero problems controlling the Canon 8-15mm on the EPIC, but a handful of others via Twitter said they had the same problems that Adam is having here. Not sure what to make of it...

    I'm on v2.0.5

So as you own one Joseph, would you please share any screengrabs at 8mm and 15mm?

    EPIC + Canon 8-15mm: Focal Length 8mm

    EPIC + Canon 8-15mm: Focal Length 15mm

(Forgive Reduser's poor JPG comression, as this is only an example for FOV)
