I called them directly and didn't have a problem booking.

I called directly, and they had somewhat different prices showing in 2 different places (one significantly lower) as well as not having record of waiving the Daily Resort Fee, so they gave me a reservation, and told me I had two weeks to confirm after Brian Henderson (from Lightiron?) was able to get things straightened out...

Hello all, I'm the point person at Light Iron for the Reduser NAB activities. Sorry to hear some of you have had trouble registering at the Tropicana. We're working with their reservation department to ensure they're fully-aware of the special pricing available to the Reduser Community. The link I have posted below is the same as the one on the official Reduser NAB 2012 website.
The room rates listed on the Reduser NAB 2012 website are accurate. Additionally, the hotel has waived the $14.99 resort fee for those who register via the link below. I encourage you to use the web-based reservation link to minimize confusion with the reservation staff.
