I hope the mount will be ready at the same time my D800 will arrive here.

All of my Nikon glass is manual stuff. I was stoked that we got our Canon mount a few weeks back, because I have all my Nikon to Canon ring adaptors, and they work flawlessly. I love our camera and the options between lens mounts. We bounced back and fourth from PL to Canon mounts all last week shooting in Alabama, and it couldn't get any quicker and easier than four bolts. I love having the options. Thanks for all the hard work Red Team.

YES! Glad I didn't sell my Nikon glass hoping for a day like this, even if its just an announcement. Don't get me wrong, there is some Canon glass that's great (I have 24mm f/1.4, 50mm f/1.2, 85mm f/1.2), but Nikon glass has its own mojo.

I doubt that very much. But nothing wrong with hoping... :)

Jarred, whats that on the far right bottom of the camera in the render? It says "lens front" and what looks like RED lettering below it with what looks like a shield behind the lettering?

We all know Canon L lenses are popular to shoot with Epic and Scarlet, but I cannot wait to show REDUSER how awesome the Nikon G Primes are! Far superior glass IMO
