    It's actually interesting how much visual continuity there is between Boyles films, despite crossing half a dozen different genres. Next up is actually "Punch Drunk Love," and I'd like to also look at a film photographed by Robert Richardson, ASC (maybe one of his Oliver Stone team-ups) before circling back to another Danny Boyle film.

    I will definitely add "The Thin Red Line" to the short list... it has some of the best cinematography of that decade, but proportionally little attention.
