I appreciate your thorough explanation, Brent - and I totally understand it's a bitch to deal with different sales locations. But, the thing here is that I never opted to buy this mount from the UK. I ordered from the Red.com Store and was anticipating to be dealing directly with RED US because I knew RED in the UK could be a problem in terms of delivery of the Canon mount. I must admit I find it mildly offensive to read stuff like "yeah if you order today then you should have it in 2-3 weeks time" and then learn of others that ordered a mount a few weeks ago and already got it when I've had to wait for 3 and a half months and I'm still in the dark about mine.

Is there a choice? As I understand it all the sales to europe will be transferred to uk?

Have anyone got their quad chargers and XL's delivered?
I was happy to order the first day they appeared in the shop, when they where not backordered, but then the rep tells me today that it will take a couple of weeks before they can ship...

I understand it's super hard to predict the order status for all items and such but it would be great if we could count on the items not being on backorder in the web shop actually where ready to ship and available to have within a few days after ordering.

Do not take me wrong. We will jump in line on the backorders just the same but, when planing jobs and such it's nice to know if that little cable needed is actually available or if it will take a month or so to get.
