The RPP set has all but disappeared from the RED STORE and also the 50mm is gone. With the larger sensor in the Epic and possibly the Dragon being FF (still) - I smell a new breed of RPP's-FF's around the corner...
Let's hope this is the reason and not something else...

The only lens I see not in stock is the 50mm.

There was an option to purchase the complete set for a discounted price (as compared to buying the lenses individually), including additional discount for the 300mm...
This option is now gone - and so it the 50mm...

Keeping an eye on Vegas in the Spring... What do you think Peter? Larger circle... Electronic... Anamorphics... All of the above? Might we be so fortunate?

Maybe something with a bit larger circle and a bit smaller, closer to a UP or Panchro :-)

I must say the 2.8 on the Cooke Panchro's is less and less of a concern given higher iso's and very nice sharpness even wide open. Only thing that stops me is the price. Even though it is still a very fair price. :-)

They usually don't remove things from the store if they are just on backorder - this has got to be something more then just a backorder...
