After countless conversations with them - back and forth even this past weekend, I finally bought one. I can't say how much I appreciate their time and energy in following up on my numerous questions about these battery plates. Not sure if people know this company but they should.

I got my MG1 Concepts Anton Bauer battery plate a week ago and just wanted to say "Awesome". Thanks to all of MG1 staff. Its purely beautiful and so functional.

Fits like a glove on the back of my Scarlet.

If we order a setup now (I am thinking about the new scarlet version) does the Ver. 2.0 ship with it? Also dose it come with custom lengths on the cable?

Our Scarlet AB Pro has custom length (18") with the D-plate 2.0. It works very well; better than others in our opinion. I don't think this new Scarlet version has the custom length if that is what you are talking about. You are talking about a different plate? That's the difference, I suppose.

Thanks Harry, Yes the scarlet plate ($299) plate only comes with a 10" cable, no other options. Just got this confirmed by Gary of MG1
