Recorded a days work at project frame rate at 25fps. Camera on build 2.0.5. Playback in camera did seemed sped up. When ingested into the latest Redcine X Pro with Red Rocket the clips play too fast. When exported they also play too fast. If imported into FCP6 and slowed by 75% the clip syncs with the externally recorded audio. If I check the metadata in Redcine X Pro it says "Framerate 25" and "Recorded framerate 25"
I seemed to have ended up with a framerate of 18.75fps??? Looking at the time code slate it looks like every fourth frame is missing.
Hoping very much that I can pull 25 frames per second out of these files. Any thoughts???

I saw this video about a problem with missing frames way back in November.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...&v=xlepN_KwpVc

I think the problem was due to some sync issue, and haven't heard about any issue like this in recent times, so this must have been resolved in a firmware fix.

He shows how to test for missing frames in the video using his slate, and was missing a frame here and there.

But, might be useful to you, if your problem is in any way similar to his? Maybe there's a resolution on his blog:

Are you trying to run sync'ed to an external source? Can you check to see what you have set up for your sync settings in camera?

The camera was jammed synced to a lockit box by the sound recordist. The camera was synced then the lockit box was disconnected. I seem to remember that the syncing was not successful.
