Just a quick plug for Jason over at Cinema Oxide. Ordered a couple of items from him and he's been good to work with. Everything has been shipped quickly and transactions a breeze. Ordered their custom Pelican for my soon-to-be-in-my-hands Scarlet. It's a beaut. Nicely cut, very form-fitting for the intended items, and arrived, I think, 2 or 3 days after I ordered it. Really, really can't wait to put my Scarlet inside.

Another rave review here for Jason. Bought his RedMote pouch and epic/scarlet screwdriver set before my camera came in. Since I got it, not once have I had to go fumbling for the right hex key or torx bit- all right there, color coded by type. I do confess to have never used the Redmote pouch to store my Redmote, but that's because it's such a kick ass pouch that I took it to work on my second day at Geek Squad and it's stayed there ever since - keeps me super organized. I'm just going to order another one.
Hes also been a pleasure to deal with on my current order, 2 sets of the colored screws for my camera and 2 custom lengths of carbon fiber 15mm rods so I can effectively deal with my widely varying sizes of stills lenses and my mattebox. The price is tough to beat. So is the service.

I have had great experience, up until few weeks ago. I oredred a XLR cable, got charged via pay pal, but never shipped. I emailed him few times, and never got a reply or shipping info. I am waiting but if I don't respone by next week, I'll have to report paypal. As this happened to anyone recently?

I've been waiting a week and a half for a torx wrench to ship. Maybe it has shipped... maybe it hasn't. Haven't heard anything from them. Ordered last night 11pm from wooden... got a tracking number by 9am today. Maybe CinemaOxide is slammed with orders right now.Originally Posted by Ivan Cortazar

Hey Gavin,
I recently ordered the $30 full wrench set for Epic/Scarlet and had to return it as they were incorrectly sized. Seemed like there was some sort of chrome finish that may have increased the size of each wrench making none of them fit. I bet he's resolving this at the moment.
