Sorry if this has been discussed already... I haven't really followed the Scarlet forum, and a cursory search didn't turn up anything.
I know RED has limited staff and resources, and I think it's great that they've got all these other amazingly ambitious plans (Scarlet, 4k displays, etc.), but is there any concern that the cart is getting ahead of the horse?
Even disregarding the delays of the cameras themselves, I know lots of people have been waiting on certain accessories for a long time: EVFs, RED-RAID, Nikon mount, etc. For many, these accessories are not optional; without an SLR lens mount, for example, my forthcoming RED will just sit collecting dust.
Is the RED team committed to delivering these products to the people who really need them before getting too involved with these new product lines?
Not trying to complain or make waves. This is just a concern that I haven't seen addressed yet.
