That is a jerky post. Sorry, but it is. I have spoken to the representative who will be giving em my cards, and he seems like a nice guy. I even know a girl who used to date him. It all looks 100% cool so far. I think the no-paypal thing made a bad impression, and perhaps was a mistake on their part. I'll let you guys know how it goes.

It was fine by me, I needed a 256 for a upcoming shoot in the Bahamas to add to my other two, Sharon shipped it to Miami and Brandon her associate delivered to me just fine, Brandon even went to FEDEX and picked up the package to speed things up with FEDEX and met me at Starbucks for a easy delivery.

So I can certainly say it was smooth, honest and the card was still in a sealed package from RED. We opened it up, it had never been formatted, I did so and it mounted right up, I shot a couple shots in Starbucks. Don't know how many more she has but I'm sure she'll post when they are no longer available.

If you are on the fence, all I can say is my transaction was smoothly done and the communication was amazing.

Like I said, I was very skeptical. I think Sharon made us suspicious, because she comes from a non-production business background. In the trusting, kindly world of her type of business, if someone wants cash rather than paypal, it really is just about saving the fees.

The story behind this is basically that they bough too many cards for where their project is at now - so they're flipping some of them.

All these international "associates" made my thinking lean toward something sketch, but they are actually just a super nice community of people who help each other out.

Here in Montreal I met a charming, down to earth guy and his lovely wife in their tasteful townhouse. He is passionate about sustainable farming, and locally sourced food production. We had a really nice chat and a great time. They were the furthest thing from sketch imaginable.

The cards are A-OK. No problem. Brand new. Immaculate.

The story behind this is Sharon's nephew, who is a very successful entrepreneur, wanted to get into filmmaking out of personal passion and simply bought too many cards. Reliable DIts made him realize how many he really needed for his project, which was delayed due to a current lack of time on his part - so he's flipping them.
