    Hey Guys,

I'll be working with an Epic again in a few weeks that has an odd problem. No matter what firmware it is on (I've tried it on each fw version from last november) You can set the timecode, and it runs properly, but as soon as you power down and back on it resets to January 1st 12:00 am. I've put in a support ticket, and have been on the phone with red a few times, but not yet chatted with tech support.

Was just wondering if anyone else was having this problem?

    Thanks.

Zac, I confirmed we received the support ticket that you sent us an hour ago and we are responding now. Please also send us a log file from this EPIC-M so we can diagnose.

Haven't had that issue with my M. After being jammed, it stays in sync even with the power off. We often jam after changing batteries, seems there might be an ever so slight change, better safe than sorry. Looks like the new super module will alleviate those pains though...
