    It takes less than a minute. Firmware upgrades are fast. It's the black shade calibration (which you need to do after the upgrade) that takes a long time.

    Hmm. You guys are aware of the lock and unlocking method of the LCD controls, right? Hold down for a second in the top right corner. Hold down again in the same place to unlock.

    Maybe I misunderstood you guys and y'all meant something else entirely.

    Joseph, I think the issue is with the touchscreen not being responsive to certain people's fingers (I've had this problem on occasion) and the possibility that a firmware upgrade might improve responsiveness. If you're not getting a good touch response, it's near impossible to unlock the icon in the corner of the screen.
